Individual-Runner Manifold

Designed specifically for 24 valve common-rail Cummins, our high-performance
426 cubic-inch plenum manifold features individual runners for each intake valve.
Engineered with runner diameters sized to help generate maximum high-RPM
horsepower & runner lengths designed to maximize low-RPM torque production.

Fabricated from 304 stainless steel, this TIG-welded manifold allows use of the
factory common fuel rail, high-pressure injector lines & clamps, all OEM sensors
& wiring harnesses, fuel feed & return lines, oil dipstick and CP3 injection pump.

Works with twin CP3 kits, water/methanol injection & our crankcase evacuation system.

Billet Aluminum Manifold Adapter

This lightweight jewel - machined from a solid piece of T6061 - mounts between our intake manifold
and cylinder head to individually provide a smooth, continuous airflow path for each intake valve using
our proprietary billet port dividers to eliminate the cylinder head's major power-robbing design flaw.

Replaces the factory cast-iron intake plenum cast into the cylinder head to allow installation of our
efficient, high-horsepower individual-runner intake manifold, while incorporating mounting provisions
for the fuel injection components & a gasketless O-ring design to positively seal the intake manifold.

Thermal Barrier Coatings

All ports, bowls and external head surfaces are electro-statically sprayed with 1200*F silver ceramic
oxide powder and cured in a high-temperature oven, while exhaust ports, bowls and manifold mating
surfaces are additionally coated with 2200*F black ceramic powder prior to high-temperature curing.

Our thermal barrier coatings reduce heat flux into the cylinder head by 15% - increasing combustion
energy to the piston while lowering engine operating temps and delivering more drive energy to the
turbine. Fringe benefits include great looks and no rusting of the head from water/methanol injection.
